Graphic facilitat
As a graphic facilitator, I show up with curiosity, empathy, and a storyteller’s mindset.
I listen deeply, not just to what people say, but to how they say it, where the energy shifts, and which ideas spark excitement in the room.
I draw fast, think visually, and translate concepts into shapes, frames, characters, and visual metaphors that make information accessible and memorable.

At JSHeroes , I captured talks, insights, and conversations as they unfolded, translating complex topics from the tech world into clear, visual storytelling.
My role was to bring clarity to complexity and make every idea feel accessible.
The result? A set of visual maps that attendees photographed, shared, discussed, and used long after the event ended.

At CreativeMornings Cluj-Napoca, I visually captured the ideas, stories, and sparks of inspiration shared on stage and in the room. CreativeMornings is all about community and curiosity, and my role was to translate that energy into a visual narrative people could follow, connect with, and take home.
One of the talks was especially fun (and challenging!) because the speaker invented new words on the spot.
Instead of throwing me off, it pushed me to think even faster, interpreting meaning, catching the rhythm of the talk, and turning those fresh, playful terms into visuals that made sense to the audience.
It became a perfect example of what I love about graphic facilitation.

Volunteering at the Scouts of Târgu Mureș, I used graphic facilitation to support the behind-the-scenes work that keeps a growing community moving forward.
From recording meetings and discussions to mapping budgets and capturing small but important ideas, my role was to turn scattered information into clear, visual conversations.

I also use graphic facilitation in my everyday learning.
Whether I’m in a law lecture, a creative course, or a workshop, I instinctively turn ideas into visual maps — drawing connections, sketching processes, and breaking concepts down into symbols and small narratives. It’s become my way of thinking: a method that helps me understand faster, remember better, and stay engaged. Over time, this daily practice not only sharpened my facilitation skills, but also shaped the intuitive, story-driven visual language I bring into all my work.
